Walk to anywhere on Fayetteville Street in 20 minutes or less.

Very convenient and walkable to downtown Raleigh. Parking was very easy. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults for Hopscotch weekend. Host was very communicative with helpful instructions. This was our second time staying here and would happily stay again.

The only hesitation I have about giving a great review is that Robert's house might not be available the next time we want to stay there! Overall, it was a great stay! The house was very nice, and we loved the character of it, being an older house. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and we had no problems at all. The house was well supplied with the basic amenities that you would need. Plenty of extra towels and linens were included. It was very walkable to the downtown area with several nice restaurants and things to do. It was also very cool to walk to the Capitol and hit the restaurants and shops in the area. Robert was great with the communication, and was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Our family had a very nice time at the house. Bottom line.... The house was everything and more than what we expected, and we would absolutely stay there again!

Everything looked just like the pictures and was clean. I really enjoyed the personalized welcome note and the bottled water and chips were very thoughtful. Convenient location and we walked to a couple restaurants. Although the home is in the city I felt very safe and it was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious and very well stocked. We loved how walkable it was an advantage of the proximity to local coffee shops, restaurants, and activities. Even though it was in a busy part of town, we always felt safe and never had to park far away. I definitely recommend!
Find us
There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. There is a Citrix Cycle station 1 block away and you are about a 10-minute walk away from the main bus station (Moore Square). If your destination is in Downtown, you can walk to it.
